Collection: Icephe Studio

Icephe has a focus on hand crafted illustration that are strong enough to take up space and depict a unique visual language. The core of the studio is to be able to create work that not only looks good but speaks to the heart and celebrates the Afrikan vernacular visual language. My philosophy is grounded in the ways of isiXhosa especially the verbal language and how it translates to a visual language. I choose to celebrate the many who have come before us, who remind us of our greatness and the immense creativity our continent holds. And what we can share with the world.
