Shipping Delays:

The Gallery acknowledges that due to potential political instability in the countries where our artists reside, shipping delays may occur. In the event of such delays, the Gallery will promptly communicate with the Buyer to negotiate a resolution. The Buyer will have the option to either:

(a) Extend the delivery timeframe: If the Buyer chooses this option, an additional ten (10) business days will be added to the original estimated delivery date. If the artwork has not been delivered within this extended period, the Buyer will be entitled to a full refund of the purchase price.

(b) Request a full refund: The Buyer may opt to receive a full refund of the purchase price instead of extending the delivery timeframe.

The Gallery is committed to maintaining open and consistent communication with the Buyer throughout the shipping process, providing regular updates on the status of the shipment.
